Happening over the weekend:

  • ā€œDOG MAN: THE MUSICALā€:Ā The musical will be performed at the Majestic Theatre on Jan. 25 and 26. Available times and tickets can be foundĀ here.
  • DREAMWEEK SUMMIT:Ā The annual city-wide summit will continue until Jan. 26. People can expect to have symposiums, panel discussions, debates, film screenings, concerts and art exhibits at more than 100 locations throughout the city.Ā Click hereĀ to check out some events to look forward to.
  • KERRVILLE RENAISSANCE FESTIVAL:Ā The festival returns to the Hill Country for its ninth year this weekend. The Kerrville Renaissance Festival will take place between Jan. 25-26. The celebration will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at River Star Arts and Events Park, located at 3785 TX-27 in Kerrville.Ā Click hereĀ for more information.
  • MARDI GRAS FESTIVAL:Ā Six Flags Fiesta Texas will bring its 9th annual Mardi Gras Festival through selected dates until March 16. Attendees can enjoy from a parade to delicious Mardi Gras-themed food. More information can be foundĀ online .
  • MONSTER JAM: The iconic Monster Jam competition returns to the Alamo City at 7 p.m. on Jan. 25 and 3 p.m. on Jan. 26 at the Alamodome. Families can enjoy watching amazing stunts from 12,000-pound trucks standing on their wheels and flying in the air. Tickets can be purchasedĀ online.
  • TONY ROCK: The comedian will perform at the Laugh out Loud Comedy Club from Jan. 24-26.

Friday, Jan. 24

  • COWBOY BREAKFAST:Ā The San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo and Spurs Give will host the second official freeĀ Cowboy BreakfastĀ on Jan. 24 at 5 a.m. The event ā€” serving as the launch for theĀ Rodeo BBQ CookoffĀ during that same weekend ā€” will feature a variety of breakfast tacos, free coffee and free beverages.
  • DREW LYNCH:Ā The comedian will bring his ā€œFaking Itā€ tour to the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts at 8 p.m.
  • JEFF DUNHAM: The comedian will perform his ā€œArtificial Intelligenceā€ tour at 7 p.m. at the Frost Bank Center.

Saturday, Jan. 25

  • MARKET DAYS:Ā Visit theĀ PearlĀ for Farmers Market every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. to shop for local produce and meat. The Pearl is located at 303 Pearl Pkwy.
  • NOCHE DE CHARRERIA:Ā The Rock at La CanteraĀ will host aĀ celebrationĀ of Mexicoā€™s traditional Equestrian practice starting at 4 p.m. on Jan. 25. There will be culture stations and live music from Camila Fernandez. This event is free and open to the public.
  • OWALA BIG REVEAL: The Pearl will host an ā€œOwala Big Revealā€ event from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Owala will be unveiling a ā€œtop-secret productā€ and will give it to the first 1,000 people in line. If you canā€™t make it, donā€™t worry. Owala will offer 50% off the new Owala products for onsite purchases until 5 p.m.

Sunday, Jan. 26

  • FREE YOGA SESSION:Ā The Good KindĀ will host a free yoga session from 10-11 a.m. every Sunday.
  • SAN ANTONIO ZOO LOCALS DAY: The San Antonio Zoo is offering discounted admission for locals on Jan. 26. All Bexar County residents can get into the zoo for $8. The zoo will be open from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
