A 19-year-old was found unresponsive after a shooting on Sunday, Denton police said.
DENTON, Texas — A 19-yer-old man was killed in a Sunday afternoon shooting in Denton, police said.
According to the Denton Police Department, first responders found 19-year-old Cody Stewart unresponsive on the ground in the 200 block of Normal St. while responding to a shooting call. Stewart had a gunshot wound, and despite lifesaving measures, he died at the hospital, police said.
Denton PD said they are investigating the shooting, and no arrests have been made yet.
