Dead body found stuck to Texas Gov. Abbott’s border buoys in the Rio Grande

A second body was found about three miles upriver but it was unclear if the death was related to the floating barrier. The buoys were installed in the Rio Grande near Eagle Pass last month to deter migrant crossings.
