AUSTIN (Austin Business Journal) — TJX Companies Inc. is bringing another one of its retail brands to Sunset Valley just south of Austin.
HomeSense, a furniture and home merchandise store that operates under the TJX umbrella, will replace Buy Buy Baby in a nearly 29,000-square-foot space at 5400 Brodie Lane. It will mark HomeSense’s first store in Texas; it has locations in 12 states as well as the United Kingdom, Ireland and Canada.
HomeSense didn’t respond to a request for comment. Kimco Realty’s Doug Schooley confirmed that HomeSense will be the new tenant. Kimco Realty manages and leases properties there.
