Texas A&M head coach Mike Elko will be a busy man this summer, as the Aggies will host a long list of 2025 prospects starting early next month. After landing 2025 four-star cornerback Cobey Sellers on Saturday afternoon, Elko has now acquired 10 commits in the in the cycle, beating out the Oklahoma and Texas in the process.
Before Elko returned to College Station to take over back in late November, former head coach Jimbo Fisher made a name for himself through the recruiting ranks year after year, most notably landing what many still consider as the greatest recruiting haul in recent memory during the 2022 cycle. However, the talent failed to translate to production on the field in the last two seasons, something Elko and his staff will be tasked with preventing starting in 2024.
So far, Elko’s recruiting strategy is built on relationship building and providing a realistic goal for every prospect looking to make it to the NFL, utilizing all the program has to offer from top-notch facilities to NIL-based networking opportunities. With that, here are five 2025 prospects who will visit Texas A&M on Saturday, June 8.
