COLLEGE STATION, T.X. (KNWA/KFTA) – Following #3 Arkansas baseball’s game one loss to #5 Texas A&M, head coach Dave Van Horn and Hagen Smith met with the media.
Following an hour and a half rain delay, the game finally got underway, and Smith was stellar in his final regular season start for the Hogs. The lefty threw six scoreless innings with 14 strikeouts. Smith also broke the Arkansas all-time strikeout record.
Texas A&M walked the game off in the bottom of the 11th with a bases loaded walk issued by Will McEntire.
