21-year-old man killed in Dallas North Tollway motorcycle crash

 

The crash happened around 2:06 p.m. on the northbound lanes of the Tollway near Northwest Highway.

DALLAS — A 21-year-old man was killed in a motorcycle crash on the Dallas North Tollway on Sunday afternoon, officials said.

Miguel Angel Ochoa was identified as the victim who died, according to a news release from the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The crash happened around 2:06 p.m. on the northbound lanes of the Tollway near Northwest Highway.

Officials said Ochoa was riding a 2018 Ducati Superbike “at a high rate of speed” when he changed lanes and struck a box truck. The driver of the box truck was not injured.

Ochoa, who was wearing a helmet, died at the scene.
