DALLAS — A 25-year-old man was fatally shot in downtown Dallas late Sunday night, police said.
Xavier Jasso was identified as the victim, according to a news release from Dallas police.
Officers responded around 11:30 p.m. to the 1000 block of Young Street, near the Dallas convention center, where they found Jasso was shot.
Jasso was taken to a hospital, where he died.
