Plano massage parlor employee convicted of practicing without license, police say

The latest charges stem from a citywide crackdown on prostitution and sex crimes at massage parlors.

PLANO, Texas — More charges have been filed against a former employee at a Plano massage parlor under investigation for alleged sex crimes.

On June 5, Guizhen He was convicted of Acting as a Massage Therapist while working at Golden Feet Spa, according to the Plano Police Department. The 42-year-old already has a pending case for Prostitution, police said.

Golden Feet Spa, located at 2050 W Spring Creek Parkway, has been at the center of police investigations since April 2022. Over that time, another employee was arrested on prostitution charges. Yingchun Jiang, 51, entered a guilty plea to those charges in December 2023, police said.

The latest charges stem from a citywide crackdown on prostitution and sex crimes at massage parlors.

A civil petition was filed against Tennyson Wellness Center and Diana Zhang in 2023 which resulted in the permanent closure of that business, according to Plano Police.

Also, Red Rose Spa has been cited for operating without a massage license, and two people have been arrested for prostitution. Police told WFAA in April 2024, that they hope the discovery from the civil lawsuit will yield a huge return in vital information about the trafficking networks.
