COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – Three men are facing charges involving guns at College Station apartment complex pools.

According to police records, officers responded to the pool area of Parkway Apartments at 1350 Harvey Mitchell Parkway South around 7:30 Friday night for a disturbance and 911 call of a man with a gun.

With consent, police say they searched the backpack of another and found a bullet. Around that time, an officer noticed a handgun on the right side of Johnson’s waistband. Police say there was a struggle and an unsafe environment. Johnson remains in jail on 10-thousand dollars bond for unlawful carrying of a weapon.

Police say another man involved in the same incident was leaving the area when police say he mumbled something about a gun. Police say they saw the outline of a gun in the pants of Xzavier Deanthony Wiley-Simpson near his ankle. Police say the pistol was not in a holster and was loaded with nine rounds in the magazine.
