Like a thief in the night, Texas A&M flipped former Texas commit Kyrin LeBlanc on S aturday night. The right-handed JUCO pitcher spent two seasons at Cisco College where he showed a ton of promise as a future closer. A similar pitcher to Aggie junior Chris Cortez, he has a ton of power but some of his pitches can get away from him at times.
While he is still refining his skills, LeBlanc’s ability to throw in the mid-to-high 90s, with reports suggesting he may have even surpassed 100 a few times in the spring, is a testament to his potential. With an impressive spin rate, the new pitching coach, Jason Kelly, is set to work with a strong foundation for the upcoming power and season. Below, you can see his commitment from his official social media page.
