Still hot, but there’s hope late next week

FORECAST HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Today was our 20th triple digit day
  • Friday evening plans? Slow to cool down this evening
  • Glimmer of hope for rain next week
FORECAST:

Here we go again … triple digits daily for the next week or more, however, there’s a slight chance of rain late next week.

There’s hope for a small pattern shift by next Thursday and Friday, which would open the door for a potential disturbance to move in from the Gulf of Mexico. As of now it’s just a 20% chance, but it signals hope for a change.

By this time last year we had 51 triple digit days, and so far this year we’re only at 20 … but of course we’ll tally up more in the days ahead.

Hurricane Ernesto is impacting Bermuda and will continue to do so until Sunday afternoon.
