The Cowboys have to be down to its 53-man roster by 3 p.m. Tuesday. Here is a list of the players who didn’t make the cut.

DALLAS — With the regular season looming, Tuesday brings the deadline for NFL teams to narrow down its rosters to 53 players.

The Dallas Cowboys must cut down the roster by 3 p.m. Tuesday. They made a slew of roster cuts on Monday, announcing the release of 15 players . They needed to remove 38 players ahead of Monday’s cuts, so that left 23 more moves on the deadline day.
