SMITH COUNTY, Texas — A man accused of committing a murder in Louisiana was arrested in Smith County.
Brandon Stackhouse, 22, of Aubrey, Texas, was booked into the Smith County Jail on a murder charge on a warrant issued by the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office, according to jail records. Smith County Sheriff’s Office made the arrest, records show.
Jefferson Parish is included in the Greater New Orleans area of the state.
