It’s all about “fair share” with Kamala Harris. She, of course, wants you, the American taxpayer, to pay your fair share of taxes; what she means by that is something she simply cannot articulate. We all know what she means when she says it: she wants you to shoulder a tax burden that is actually unfair.

And, now, she wants striking dockworkers to get their “fair share” of the profits earned by the companies that keep the longshoreman gainfully employed. Here’s her statement from Wednesday:
“This strike is about fairness. Foreign-owned shipping companies have made record profits and executive compensation has grown. The Longshoremen, who play a vital role transporting essential goods across America, deserve a fair share of these record profits.”
It’s your standard Democrat-commie fare, with evil corporations — many of whom actually pay big bucks into the political coffers of the Democrat Party — depriving hardworking men and women of their fair share. Never mind the fact that the dockworkers have already received their share of the profits in the form of stable jobs with good pay and great benefits, Kamala wants their votes on November 5 and will say or do anything to get them.
Not a shred of sympathy from the sitting vice president for what the average American family might face if the strike continues for a prolonged period of time, such as bare shelves at the grocery store and skyrocketing prices for goods and services. Many families are already reeling from the Biden/Harris economy, but there’s no time for them when there are union votes to buy.

Her statement then went on to bash Donald Trump for not supporting American workers. Yadda, yadda, yadda.
It’s clear that Kamala is all in on courting union votes; she finds herself in the precarious position of not getting an endorsement from the Teamsters Union, which opted not to endorse a presidential candidate despite the rank-and-file union members favoring Trump. Losing union support is a problem for Democrats, who are fast losing the mantle of being the party of the working man.
Kamala’s got some ground to make up, and she’s doing that by supporting the dockworkers strike, consequences be damned.
If you’re wondering how the strikers are feeling about Kamala, well, here’s what one reporter found out while visiting the picket line:
During the third day of strikes at a port in Newark, New Jersey, FOX Business’ Jeff Flock was met with silence when he asked the group of dockworkers if they supported Harris.
“I have no hands,” Flock told “Mornings with Maria” on Thursday as he panned through the crowd.
One man said it was “nobody’s business,” yet the lack of enthusiasm for the Democratic presidential candidate was on full display among the striking union members.

Oof, that’s not good news for Kamala. It’s also not good for the Democrat Party, in general, which has shunned the American worker in favor of illegal immigration, soaring inflation and, with this strike, a decided disinterest in the looming economic disaster.
Democrats took the union vote for granted, and now they are paying the price.
