It was none other than GOP nominee Donald Trump, and he had a message for the fans: get out and vote, because this could be the most important election in the history of our country.

Watch:

He heaped praise on the country star:

Appreciate it. And I’m going to be good to you. I hope everyone is having an incredible time with the great Jason Aldean, a friend of mine and a real talent, and you’re in beautiful Macon [Georgia].

I love Macon. We took Macon by a lot [in the 2020 election]. So I like it where I take it. I wish I could be there myself and listen to that incredible music. But Jason has really been a true American patriot, one of the greatest entertainers of our time. He’s a very special person with an incredible wife and family.

Every day, his music inspires countless hard-working, God-fearing citizens all across our nation.

Then he recognized the fans:

You are the men and women who carry this country on your shoulders, and you are the heart and soul of America, and nobody’s gonna say any different.

But the applause meter hit the top when he brought up what’s on everyone’s minds: the need to get the progressive leftists who are intent on destroying our country out of the White House:

As you know, we are just one month away from the most important election in the history of our country [crowd goes wild], our community, our border, our safety, our freedom, it’s all in trouble. It’s bad, and we’re gonna change it around. So I just say November 5th, get out and vote — you can vote early if you like, but the main thing is to vote.

We’re going to make America great again. You’re all going to be very happy.

Well, I certainly hope he’s right about that.

Aldean had perhaps the funniest line of the evening:

[That’s] kind of hard to follow.

Yup, pretty hard to follow up on that epic moment. Meanwhile, you couldn’t help but think that there’s no way Kamala Harris or Tampon Tim would ever get a similar response from this crowd—or any crowd, for that matter.

Trump’s right—get out and vote, early if you have to, by mail if you must—but in the words of a legendary ad campaign, “Just do it.”
