A three-year-old drowned at an apartment pool during a party Sunday evening, according to Denton PD.
DENTON, Texas — A three-year-old boy died after drowning in an ap artment pool, according to Denton PD.
In a statement to WFAA, Denton PD confirmed officers were called to a drowning in the 3700 block of Pockrus Page Road around 7:09 p.m. on Sunday. The boy was at a party at an apartment pool when the drowning occurred, police said.
According to DPD, the child was taken by a private vehicle to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The address given indicates the incident happened at the Carmel Villas.
Denton PD is investigating the incident.
