Man arrested for breaking school bus laws

   

COOKE COUNTY, Texas (KTEN) – A man arrested in Cooke County for endangering a child after disregarding school bus laws. 

On Friday, September 27th, a driver was caught on surveillance camera speeding past a Van Alstyne school bus, while it’s flashing lights were on and stop sign was engaged.

According to VAISD Police, he came within inches of hitting a student.

Officers were able to identify the driver as Noah Miller, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

He was arrested by Allen PD and taken to the Cooke County Jail.
