Crash, lane closures on US 75 in Dallas halt commuter traffic early Monday

A crash early Monday closed all lanes of southbound U.S. 75, forcing traffic off the highway and causing delays for commuters.

The crash, near the Loop 12 exit, was confirmed about 3:30 a.m., according to the Texas Department of Transportation. By 7:40 a.m., two exit lanes were open.

Traffic appeared to be backed up as far north as Coit Road, the transportation authority’s camera showed.

Additional information on the crash was not immediately available.
