AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Friendsgiving Challenge returns for another year in a race to raise money for Central Texas Food Bank — and we need your help!
This year, we’re switching it up. Meteorologists Nick Bannin and Kristen Currie are joined by the KXAN Evening and Morning Teams to see which group can raise the most funds for the food bank.
All you have to do is pick a team (Evening or Morning) and donate what you can to help our neighbors in need.
This year’s goal is to raise $150,000 total between the two teams.
The competition begins Friday, Nov. 1, and ends Wednesday, Nov. 27. No matter which KXAN team raises the most money, our Central Texas community is the real winner!
