I have to think the Harris campaign people are tearing their hair out, when they could have picked Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro as a running mate. Not only would they have gotten someone who would help them in PA, but they would at least have a candidate who seems to be able to talk relatively normally, even if I disagreed with what he had to say.

Instead, someone decided to pick Minnesota Governor Tim Walz because he called JD Vance “weird” and probably because he was more left of Shapiro. So they now have one of the most leftist Democratic tickets ever.
Yet, the Harris team learned that it was Walz who was in fact “weird” for so many reasons–from his lying about his background and stolen valor to his odd gesticulations and verbal problems. That has not helped Kamala Harris, who isn’t able to speak competently herself without problems.
Walz seems to have a particular problem with Elon Musk. He previously made a derogatory remark about Musk “skipping like a dips**t” when Musk returned with President Donald Trump to the site of the first assassination attempt in Butler, PA:
Now that’s particularly funny since it’s Walz who seems to have a problem with skipping/leg kicking/other weird movements. We can see that here, this week stumping with Kamala Harris, during a rally. Even Kamala has to tap his hand, and notice when she gives him a look back at the end of this:.

But then on Friday, Walz went over the slide in a bizarre attack on Elon, calling him a “gay guy”:
“If you’re a billionaire – Elon Musk, for example say – that guy, that gay guy…Michigan knows that word,” Walz said. “Look, that dude got a tax cut…”
Elon Musk isn’t gay. And Walz who claims to be progressive acts here like being gay is an insult/something to laugh about. What does he mean by “Michigan knows that word”? And he wants to be the vice president of the United States when he tries to level a homophobic slur? Not exactly a very liberal idea; where are the folks on the left to call him out for this kind of behavior? This is certainly unbecoming.
But this is where they are at, at this point. All they have is name calling. They even throw any “principles” they have under the bus in the process.

Musk responded, and I think his response was funny.
Unlike Walz, Musk is very secure in who he is.
They seem to be stacking up the troubling remarks they’re making in the final days in their desperation.
Meanwhile Elon warned that if they win, they will try to come after him:
One more reason to stay in line and vote these horrible characters out.
