FORECAST
Hope you’ve had a great weekend!
After tying the record high Sunday afternoon in San Antonio, warmer than average temperatures will continue into much of this week, despite a weak cool front arriving on Wednesday.
Starting with Veterans Day, a cool morning in the low 60s (some 50s outside of San Antonio) will lead in a warm afternoon with highs in the mid-80s and mostly sunny skies.
More of the same is expected on Tuesday before our next cool front arrives by midweek. This front will be relatively weak in nature, but could trim a few degrees off of our high temperatures by Thursday and Friday.
Hoping for rain? Unfortunately no major chances are in the forecast over the next five to seven days, minus a stray shower or two next weekend. We’ll keep eyes on it!
A STRONGER FRONT SOON?
So far this fall, the coolest high temperature at San Antonio International Airport has been 75° on Nov. 5. That’s not necessarily the crisp, cool fall air that we desire. Looking ahead, there are some indications that we could see a stronger front sometime next week, between 11/17 and 11/20. That’s still a while away, but we wanted to give you an extra heads-up. We’ll keep you posted!
