A former Dallas Cowboy and nine other people were arrested at the Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson fight in Arlington, police said.
ARLINGTON, Texas — Nine people, and a former Dallas Cowboys player, were arrested during the Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson fight at AT&T Stadium Friday.
Adam “Pacman” Jones was arrested around 1 a.m. at the Live by Loews hotel for allegedly hitting a police officer during a fight, police previously told WFAA.
Jones was in town for the Paul vs. Tyson fight at AT&T Stadium Friday night, according to his Instagram page.
At the event itself, nine people found themselves in handcuffs by the end of the night. Here’s the full breakdown of arrests, according to Arlington police:
- Four people were arrested for public intoxication
- One person was arrested for illegal gambling
- One person was arrested for solicitation of prostitution
- One person was arrested for harassment of a public servant
- One person was arrested for criminal trespass
- and one person was arrested for resisting arrest
There were over 70,000 fans in attendance at AT&T Stadium for the fight, which drew a $18.1 million in ticket revenue, according to Netflix and Most Valuable Promotions. That was the biggest gate for any boxing of mixed-martial arts event outside of Las Vegas in U.S. history, the promoters said.
