#1 – Hilarious: DC Anti-DOGE Residents Find Out How Their Money Is Actually Being Spent — by Nick Arama
But then, when Fox asked about some of the crazy things that the government spent money on, they were stunned at how ridiculous the expenditures were. The Fox interviewer asked about the government spending $750,000 to determine whether it was “one small step for man” or “one small step for a man” in regard to the moon landing. What the heck? As the D.C. resident said, not just why would you do that, but how could you spend that much money on that question?
Then there was $1 million to study if cocaine makes quail more promiscuous. Exactly why would you be studying that? One of the D.C. residents just laughed at how ridiculous that was — he couldn’t believe it. He also couldn’t believe the next one: $100,000 to determine if tequila or gin makes sunfish more aggressive? “Sunfish? Wow!” he said, amazed at that one.
#2 – More Tales From the Swamp – Here’s Where Missing Congresswoman Kay Granger Was Found — by Becky Noble
The missing Congresswoman in question is Rep. Kay Granger (R-TX), who represents Texas’ 12th Congressional District, which includes the Fort Worth area west of Dallas in Tarrant County. Granger’s last known vote in the House appears to be in July when she voted “no” on HR8998, a bill that would reduce the salary of Deputy Assistant Administrator for Pesticides Program Ya-Wei (Jake) Lee to $1. Since then, she has no recorded votes.
A local Dallas area newspaper decided to get to the bottom of the mystery. They called both her district and Washington D.C. offices, and the call went directly to voicemail, asking that callers leave a name, number, and message. A reporter from the paper then went to Granger’s district office and found it locked up with no employees inside and a window in the front door covered. When employees of the building where the office is located were asked about Granger’s office, they stated that they packed up and closed the office before Thanksgiving. At this point, the mystery of the missing Congresswoman might make a bit of sense, as Granger was retiring at the end of the Congressional session. Did she want to get started on packing early before the holidays?

#3 – Pure Gold: Trump Deftly Puts Reporter in His Place for Ridiculous Question During Presser — by Nick Arama
“Why would I say that?” Trump said. “Can you imagine if said yes or no?” He even had some of the reporters laughing at that, an acknowledgment that he was right. He said any way he answered that question would be wrong, and they would find it “strange.” “Is that a serious question? How could I answer a question like that?” Why would he ever give Iran such a heads-up? He’d never comment on an upcoming military action.
That’s how you teach such a reporter to not ask such silliness again, by spelling out how silly it is. But Trump was too smart to fall for it and then get they would twist a soundbite out of that. He also took out the question without personally attacking the reporter.
Can you imagine Kamala Harris even being able to answer such a question? If she tried, you’d probably get an empty word salad and at least three cackle attacks. If Joe Biden got that kind of question, he’d end up somehow blaming Israel or otherwise screwing it up. However, the media probably wouldn’t even ask because that would be too challenging and hard for the duo.
#4 – WATCH: Chris Rock Sends Libs Searching for a Safe Space With ‘SNL’ Monologue Slamming Biden, Democrats — by Rusty Weiss

Comedian Chris Rock hosted “Saturday Night Live” this weekend and delivered a monologue that was well-balanced, poking fun at President-elect Donald Trump, anti-Trump liberals, and included one brutal joke directed at former President Bill Clinton.
And you could tell the crowd dragged in off the streets of midtown Manhattan weren’t quite sure what to make of it. They’re not, after all, used to courageous comedians daring to dip into un-woke waters by roasting both sides of the political spectrum.
There were some groans. Some uncomfortable moments. But overall, Rock delivered because, as any good comic does, he torched everybody. Something unheard of in the Trump era.
#5 – Jill Biden Announces Retirement, Makes Comments About Joe and Kamala That Are Something Else — by Nick Arama
Jill said that on Thursday, she taught her last class at the school. She didn’t say if she would be teaching anywhere else.
But we’re now counting down to when we’ll never have to listen to her again, and it’s a great thing. Also, after Jan. 20, Randi Weingarten isn’t going to control the White House, and that’s an added bonus.
Jill Biden is going out as she’s reigned: spreading full-on horse hockey in her incredibly hard-to-take voice at the DNC holiday party. She claimed their party “chooses leaders who have integrity like Joe and Kamala.”
