Keith Lee, whose reviews are known for making or breaking restaurants, confirmed he recently relocated to Dallas.
DALLAS — Dallas food scene be aware: Keith Lee, a viral food influencer and former MMA fighter, is a full-time resident.
Lee moved to Texas from Las Vegas in November, he announced on TikTok. He did not initially clarify where exactly in Texas he resides but said he would be visiting more restaurants in the coming weeks. He previously lived in Las Vegas for ten years.
He is known for posting reviews of small businesses and other restaurants and is known for occasionally sowing controversy and boosting business at local restaurants.
He officially announced his residency in Dallas in a video posted last night wherein he reviewed the downtown Dallas restaurant the Wicked Butcher.
Lee said he was approached by the GM of the restaurant who asked him to provide his opinion on the food.
“One thing I do love about the Dallas food scene, we’ve been here a month, a month and a half, they do have some nice fine dining restaurants,” Lee said.
He reviewed the restaurant’s green curry salmon, steak frites, salmon tartare with rice crackers, complimentary bread and a blackberry mint lemonade. He gave all the food high marks.
“My opinion is that this food is delicious, I will be back,” he said.
