Dallas Mavericks face Denver Nuggets on KFAA, look to extend winning streak

 

The Mavs (22-16) and the Nuggets (22-15) will face off at the American Airlines Center on Sunday at 2 p.m.

The Dallas Mavericks will face the Denver Nuggets at home, coming off a win against the Portland Trailblazers as the team struggles with injuries. 

Tipoff is 2 p.m. at the American Airlines Center in Dallas. 

Luka Doncic, Kyrie Irving and Dante Exum are all expected to remain sidelined Sunday. The Nugget’s Aaron Gordon will reportedly return against the Mavericks after a 9-game absence, several outlets reported Sunday. 

Sunday will mark the first of two consecutive home games against the Nuggets. 

Dallas has won two straight games following a season-long five-game losing streak. Dereck Lively II notched season-high states against the Trailblazers Thursday with  21 points and 16 rebounds. Meanwhile, Nikola Jokic and Russell Westbrook achieved triple-doubles against the Brooklyn Nets Friday.
