SAN FRANCISCO — Two new stamp sets celebrating iconic children’s media will be released in 2025.
“Goodnight Moon” and “SpongeBob SquarePants” sets are among many others availablefor purchase from the United States Postal Service.
The beloved children’s classic “Goodnight Moon,” published in 1947 written by Margaret Wise Brown with illustrations by Clement Hurd, captivated generations of readers. The new USPS stamp pane features 16 stamps, with eight distinct pages from the book.
“SpongeBob SquarePants,” the animated character who has brought laughter to millions since his debut in 1999. The show, created by Stephen Hillenburg, follows the whimsical adventures of SpongeBob and his quirky friends in the underwater city of Bikini Bottom. The series has earned a dedicated fanbase across generations.
The set features 16 stamps with four different images, including two with Patrick and SpongeBob.
