With north winds gusting up to 20 MPH and temperatures plunging into the low to mid-20s, the wind chill will make it dangerously cold for anyone spending extended time outdoors.
Temperatures will climb several degrees above freezing tomorrow afternoon but wind chills will stay at or below freezing all day.
