FORT WORTH, Texas — A solar lighting company with a world headquarters in France has now opened the doors to a new state-of-the-art U.S. headquarters in North Texas.
The 20,088-square-foot facility is located within the Campus Industrial Park development at 2224 SE Loop 820 in Fort Worth. It was designed and built by Fort Worth-based Empire Holdings.
On Wednesday, Fonroche Lighting and Empire Holdings celebrated the grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
“Our new U.S. headquarters… signals our company’s long-term commitment to the U.S. market and vision of reshaping urban infrastructure with renewable energy solutions,” said Hocine Benaoum, Head of Fonroche Lighting USA.

“Designed for longevity, these systems are virtually maintenance-free, providing reliable, sustainable lighting even in remote locations where grid infrastructure is unavailable or expensive to install,” the company said in a news release.
Fonroche’s new headquarters features modern amenities of Class-A office space, sought-after industrial features, purpose-built cargo docks, advanced fiber-optic infrastructure, and high-efficiency storage and freight handling areas.
The company was founded in 2011 in Agen, France, and has grown to grown to become the global leader in autonomous solar streetlights. In 2023, Fonroche relocated its headquarters from Boston to Fort Worth.
