HOUSTON COUNTY, Texas — The Houston County Sheriff’s Office is searching for multiple people accused of burglarizing a gas station.
According to Capt. John Catoe, deputies were dispatched around 3:30 a.m. Thursday to a Valero on Highway 287 north of Latexo for a burglary in progress. When deputies came to the business, the suspects were already gone.
Investigators are looking at surveillance video to determine how many people were involved. Catoe said at least three people were involved, and the suspects were dressed in all black.
At this time, the HCSO does not know if anything was stolen.
