A man was arrested in connection with a fatal December shooting, Dallas police said.
DALLAS — A suspect was arrested in connection with a December shooting that killed a 36-year-old man, Dallas police said.
Dallas police officers arrested 42-year-old Jeffery Adair Wedneday, Dallas police said in a press release. Adair was charged with murder in connection with a fatal shooting, Dallas police said.
Officers responded to a shooting call around 2:10 a.m. Dec. 2 in the 1600 block of John West Road, Dallas police said. When the officer arrived, they found 36-year-old Michael Dent shot at the location.
Dent died at the scene, according to DPD.
Adair is being held in Dallas County Jail. His bond was set at $1 million, according to jail records.
