Fire destroys Fort Worth home, officials say

 

No injuries were reported due to the fire, officials said.

FORT WORTH, Texas — A fire destroyed a Fort Worth home overnight, officials said. 

Officials responded to a Fort Worth house fire overnight Wednesday in the 300 block of Drew Street, the Fort Worth Fire Department said in a press release. No one was found inside the home, officials said. 

The fire was brought under control but the home appears to be a total loss, officials said. 

The cause of the fire is under investigation and Oncor officials were called to the scene, officials said.
