HOUSTON — Two teenage girls have been taken into custody in Houston, accused of plotting an attack at Memorial High School.
Authorities said the 15-year-old and 16-year-old students were in the early stages of planning an attack targeting fellow students with guns and pipe bombs.
The 16-year-old has been charged with making terroristic threats, while the 15-year-old has not yet been charged.
