Texas DPS said Juan Hernandez was last seen Friday night in Lewisville, Texas.
ANNA, Texas — Law enforcement officials are searching for a 79-year-old man from Anna who was last seen Friday night in Lewisville.
Texas DPS issued a Silver Alert for Juan Hernandez, who was last seen at approximately 9:15 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of State Highway 121 and may be traveling in a 2019 silver Toyota Avalon with license plate MJN5270.
Police said Hernandez is diagnosed with a cognitive impairment, and they believe his disappearance poses a credible threat to his own health and safety. Police said Hernandez is approximately 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs about 145 pounds. He has brown eyes, gray hair and has a cut on his left cheek.
Anna police said Hernandez was last seen wearing a blue shirt and brown pants.
