The Committee will meet to consider the following:




SB 1150        Middleton              

Relating to the plugging of certain inactive wells subject to the
jurisdiction of the Railroad Commission of Texas.



SB 763         Alvarado               

Relating to the renewal and review of standard permits for certain concrete
plants.



SB 1061        Parker                 

Relating to procedural requirements for uranium mining production area
authorizations.



SB 1146        Birdwell               

Relating to the plugging or replugging of certain inactive wells subject to
the jurisdiction of the Railroad Commission of Texas.



SB 1198        Birdwell               

Relating to the designation of spaceports as critical infrastructure
facilities for purposes of criminal and civil liability.



Public testimony is limited to 2 minutes. If submitting written testimony, please provide 20
copies to the committee clerk with your name or the name of your organization
on each copy, and email a digital copy to the clerk of the committee at Jennifer.Trevino_SC@senate.texas.gov
