One person injured in shooting outside Arlington bar, officials say

 

Arlington Police responded to a shooting outside of a bar overnight Sunday, officials said.

ARLINGTON, Texas — One person was injured in a shooting outside of an Arlington bar, police said. 

Officers responded to a shooting around 1:55 a.m. Sunday in the 4800 block of Little Road, Arlington police said in a press release. When officers arrived, they found multiple shell casings outside of a bar and two vehicles and buildings likely damaged by gunfire, police said. 

Police later identified a 30-year-old man who was involved in the shooting, the release states. The man showed up to an emergency room with a gunshot wound and he is in stable condition, police said. 

Bar staff told police two groups began arguing inside the bar and were asked to leave, the release states. A short time later, witnesses heard multiple gunshots, police said. No one involved in the shooting remained on the scene. 

No arrests have been made and police are investigating the incident.
