PORT LAVACA, Texas – The Port Lavaca Police Department is investigating a murder at the Bordeaux Apartment Complex on the 1700 block of N. Virginia Street.
Authorities responded to multiple 911 calls at approximately 1:50 p.m. and found 44-year-old Aye Win covered in blood inside an apartment. Authorities later discovered 65-year-old Ti Romano, of Arizona, dead from multiple stab wounds.
Win was arrested and taken to the Calhoun County Jail.
Authorities do not know what led to the incident at this time, as the investigation is ongoing.
