A North Texas man’s body was recovered from Lake Lewisville late Saturday night.
DENTON COUNTY, Texas — A North Texas man was found dead in Lake Lewisville late Saturday night, officials said.
According to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, crews with the Lewisville Fire Department recovered the body of a 29-year-old man from Little Elm from the lake around 11 p.m. on Saturday.
Game wardens responded to the call about the fatality around 9 p.m. that night. TPWD said that the man’s body was found wearing a life jacket just south of the Lewisville Toll Bridge.
The man was not identified and his body was taken to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office.
