Crash shuts down southbound U.S. 75 in North Dallas

DALLAS — A crash shut down all lanes of southbound U.S. 75 in North Dallas late Tuesday night into early Wednesday morning.

The crash was reported shortly before midnight near Royal Lane, according to the Texas Department of Transportation. All southbound lanes of the highway remained closed at 6 a.m. for a stretch of two miles. Traffic was being diverted onto the service road at Royal and allowed back onto the highway at Walnut Hill Lane.

More information about how the crash happened or how many vehicles were involved was not yet immediately available Wednesday morning.
