FORECAST
A late season “heat high” is still in charge of our weather pattern and will persist through the weekend, but subtle changes are expected early next week.
The “heat high” should break down by Monday and allow high temperatures to drop a bit into the lower 90s for Monday and Tuesday (potentially lower), which is at least closer to the average high of of 90°. Also, the subtle pattern change opens the door for disturbances to pass overhead … we just need the disturbances to form.
Small rain chances (10%) exist Monday and Tuesday with the potential of raising those odds a bit in the days ahead, so stay tuned for updates.
