A month after break-in, Keith Lee reviews brunch restaurant in Trinity Groves

Soirée Coffee Bar in Trinity Groves experienced a break-in Dec. 6 but will likely see plenty of business today after Tik-Tokker Keith Lee reviewed the restaurant.

DALLAS — A brunch spot in Trinity Groves started last month with a broken window after their business was burglarized. Now, the restaurant will presumably start 2025 with a boost in business after Keith Lee recommended it to his 16 million followers on TikTok.

Soirée Coffee Bar is a Black-owned brunch restaraunt in Dallas. Lee visited the restaraunt and posted a review to TikTok, giving high marks to the fried catfish, grits and peach cobbler egg rolls. He also tried the specialty waffles and avacado toast, which he liked but offered some feedback on.

“This is a gem,” Lee said, thanking the person who recommended it to him at NorthPark Center. Lee confirmed his Dallas residency last week.

Lee tipped the restaurant $1,500 and left $1,500 to pay for the meals of patrons who came in today to try the food themselves, Lee said in his post.

The restaurant is open today between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., according to its website.
