African dust soon returns to our sky

FORECAST DETAILS:

Repetitive weather continues with mornings in the upper 70s and afternoons in the mid 90s, but when you factor in the humidity, it’ll feel like 104°-108°.

Mainly sunny and dry for the next 7-10 days, but daily pop-up showers are possible near the Gulf Coast, however, sometimes they can reach Lavaca, Karnes, and Dewitt Counties.

AFRICAN DUST:

African dust (Saharan Air Layer) is expected to stream over San Antonio sky by late Friday/early Saturday, but the amount will be light to moderate.

You’ll mostly just notice an extra haze in the sky and more vibrant sunrises & sunsets for a few days.
