AMBER Alert Issued: Texas infant last seen in San Antonio abducted by mom

Authorities in Texas canceled an AMBER Alert for a 7-month-old boy who was abducted by his mother.

Richard Ramey, 7 months, was found at a home in San Antonio, the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said in its updated missing person’s Facebook on Friday.

His mother, Nicole Daguanno, 30, and three other adults were found at the location. Officials say Ramey “looks to be in good health and is being checked by medical as a precautionary measure.”

The duo was last seen Wednesday when Daguanno took Ramey and fled from Child Protective Services on foot in the 12000 block of Adkins Elmendorf Rd in East Bexar County.

Authorities issued an AMBER Alert and an endangered missing child alert for Ramey on Friday morning. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and tan shorts while Daguanno was last seen wearing a green shirt and blue jeans.

There are currently three active Amber Alerts in the United States, according to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. An alert for Henderson Calderon Carranza, 6, was also issued on Friday.

Carranza was last seen Thursday at 5500 Block of Antoine Drive in Houston, Texas, at 9 p.m. He was originally missing from Suffolk County, New York, and the Suffolk County Police Department is investigating. He is believed to be with Jose Calderon Arias, 60, who is driving a black Hyundai Sonata.

He is described as 3 feet, 2 inches and weighing 55 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Arias is listed as 5 feet and 5 inches, weighing 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

The search for missing teenager Sebastian Rogers, 15, also continues, even after the United Cajun Navy, a nonprofit organization that arranges rescue teams, called off its search that was scheduled for March 29.

Rogers is said to have “a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance.” He was described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds, wearing glasses, and having brown hair and brown eyes. Rogers disappeared from the home he shared with his mother and stepfather on February 26. He was wearing black sweatpants and a black sweatshirt.

The final active Amber Alert was issued on February 20 for Elijah Vue, 3, who is missing from Two Rivers, Wisconsin. He was last seen staying with his mother Katrina Baur’s boyfriend, on Mishicot Road in Two Rivers. Vang reported the child missing after waking up from a nap to find him gone.
