TEXAS – Texas troopers are searching for a man who caused injury to a police officer in Hall County.
Seth Altman is a 33-year-old man, who is 6’2 and weighs 220 pounds. Altman is wearing a blue T-shirt and blue jeans. He is believed to armed and dangerous. If seen, do not approach him and instead call 911.
