Border Patrol rescues 23 non-citizens locked in Union Pacific train

   

LAREDO, Texas — Border Patrol agents from the Laredo Sector rescued 23 non-citizens attempting to stow away on a Union Pacific train near Cotulla.

Agents assigned to the Cotulla Station safely extracted the individuals, who were locked inside an autorack, according to the U.S. Border Patrol Laredo Sector. The rescue operation underscores the ongoing challenges and dangers faced by those attempting to enter the United States illegally.
