The Committee will meet to consider the following:




SB 388         King

Relating to the legislature’s goals for electric generation capacity in this
state.



SB 455         Middleton

Relating to arbitration provisions in surplus lines insurance contracts.



SB 917         Zaffirini

Relating to certain boiler inspection reports and the composition and
governance of the board of boiler rules.



SB 925         Hancock

Relating to certain agreements with collective bargaining organizations
related to certain publicly funded public work contracts.



SB 1006        Middleton

Relating to declination, cancellation, or nonrenewal of insurance policies.



Public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes. If
submitting written testimony, please provide 25 copies to the committee clerk
with your name and the bill number on each copy.
