The word “weird” is still being used to describe Donald Trump’s VP pick, J.D. Vance, all revolving around a comment he made about “childless cat ladies.”
Do you know how I know they don’t really have anything to truly come at Vance with? Because they can’t get off that singular comment. They’re going to beat that horse to death and then keep beating it once it’s passed.

But this line from Kamala Harris’s campaign falls flat upon the lightest of inspection. It especially looks bad when the Biden administration, for which I’m told Harris did some work (still waiting on confirmation), surrounded itself with people that are the picture-perfect definition of fringe extremists. If you were watching X during the rollout of the “weird” narrative, it backfired on the Harris campaign big time.

But let’s discuss the word “weird” here. The word implies that something is unusual or bizarre in nature.
What’s bizarre? The fact that we have absolute proof that Communism doesn’t work, starves people, denies them medical care, and has an insane murder rate, yet the current VP of our nation and Democrat candidate for president is 100 percent pushing Marxist ideals.
But J.D. Vance is weird…
But it’s not just her. Her VP pick, as RedState covered on Wednesday, a solid portion of Harris choosing Minnesota Governor Tim Walz had to do with the fact that he was endorsed by the Democrat Socialists of America, who openly spiked the football on Walz’s nomination:

Harris choosing Walz as a running mate has shown the world that DSA and our allies on the left are a force that cannot be ignored. Through collective action, DSA and the US left more broadly have made it clear that change is needed. DSA members organized in our workplaces and unions to realign the labor movement to support Palestinian liberation.
The Uncommitted movement, in which DSA members played crucial roles nationally and in multiple states, pressured the Democratic establishment into choosing a new candidate and backing down from a potential VP with direct ties to the IDF and who would have ferociously supported the ongoing genocide in Palestine.
Meaning, the socialists stopped Harris from picking Josh Shapiro and went with a guy whose way more aligned with their ideals.
And he’s definitely aligned with their ideals. Here’s the gov saying that socialism is just neighborliness.
Here’s Walz saying that our free speech rights shouldn’t be guaranteed and that if the government (him) deems something said is misinformation, then it shouldn’t be allowed to be said.

Promoting Marxist values is weird considering that it’s an ideology with a proven track record of making life miserable for anyone under it. You can ask the Venezuelans, North Koreans, and quite a few Chinese people about that. Why isn’t anyone asking Walz how neighborly it is to starve, murder, and unperson anyone who doesn’t share his neighborly values?
But J.D. Vance is weird…
It doesn’t stop there. Under Walz, Minnesota became a hotbed for Black Lives Matter riots, something that Walz stood back and let happen. It cost the state an estimated $500 million of taxpayer money, and while Walz was losing control of his state, his wife was throwing open the windows in order to allow the smell of burning rubber to waft into their home.
It doesn’t stop there. Isn’t it weird how his Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan wore a shirt that said “protect trans kids” with a knife on it while telling everyone that in order to be good parents we had to listen and believe whatever our children said?

Isn’t it weird how Walz abandoned his men in order to leave the National Guard early so he didn’t have to deploy to Iraq, while proclaiming he actually ran for office after fighting in Iraq? That’s one hell of a lie to drop on everyone. JD Vance might have been a military journalist when he was deployed, but he was a Marine, and as Streiff noted in his article, Marines are infantrymen first, their specialization second. Also, Vance actually did go to Iraq.
But JD Vance is weird…
I also think it’s more than a little weird that Walz signed a law into effect that would place tampons in the bathrooms of 4th grade boys, insinuating that not only can males menstruate…but that young children can.
BUT JD VANCE IS WEIRD!
Sorry, but all the weirdness is 100 percent coming from the Harris campaign, and it’s not even a question. Harris and Walz are just weird people with weird ideas that have no basis in reality.
Corrupt and weird.
You’re probably not going to hear too much about this weirdness from the mainstream media, but RedState has you covered. We’d really appreciate it if you would join up our VIP Program, which gives subscribers news and opinion, videos, articles, and podcasts not available to non-subs. As the election heats up, there’s going to be a lot of narratives needing to be destroyed and a lot of censorship attempts, and the VIP Program really helps us fight both.
