Cowboy Drake: Rapper embraces Texas lifestyle with cowboy gear shopping spree

Drake is embracing his new life in Texas after moving to the Lone Star State.

The rapper was recently seen shopping for western wear at a saddle shop near his new home.

On Monday, June 17, the Brenham Saddle Shop in Brenham, Texas, shared on Facebook that Drake had visited the store the previous day. The store, which offers styles for cowboys and cowgirls, posted a photo of Drake with the owner and her children. In the picture, Drake sports a newly purchased cowboy hat.

The post read, “Yesterday we received a call that a certain person wanted to stop by our store. We dropped everything and opened up for a few hours. We didn’t know what to expect, but the whole experience was beyond what we expected. Every single person in his group was extremely friendly and welcoming. Thank you, Drake and his team, for stopping by and getting all fixed up. Welcome to Washington County, Texas!”

Last October, Drake bought a $15 million mansion dubbed The Inn at Dos Brisas in Chappell Hill, Texas, 45 minutes from Houston. The 14,000-square-foot estate features Spanish-style architecture, luxurious cottages, an entertainment lodge, a pool, a bar, a commercial kitchen, a dining room, a wine room, and an organic farm ranch. Drake recently showcased the property, including his $200,000 armoured Apocalypse Super Truck.
