Aggies look to stay in the winners’ bracket in Omaha
No. 3 Texas A&M continues College World Series play tonight, taking on the No. 2 Kentucky Wildcats tonight at 6 p.m. at Charles Schwab Field in Omaha.

History
Texas A&M (50-13) is the No. 3 overall seed in the tournament, winning the Bryan-College Station Regional by defeating Grambling, Texas and Louisiana, winning the Bryan-College Station Super Regional 2-0 over Oregon, and defeating Florida 3-2 on Saturday night in Omaha. The Aggies are undefeated (6-0) thus far in the NCAA Baseball Tournament.
Florida (46-14) is also undefeated thus far in the NCAA Tournament, with wins over Western Michigan, Illinois and Indiana State in the Lexington Regional, two wins over Oregon State in the Lexington Super Regional and a walk-off win over NC State on Saturday afternoon.
Monday’s contest marks the 22nd meeting all-time between the Aggies and Wildcats (46-14). Texas A&M leads the series 13-8 and have won seven of the last 10 meetings. They have not faced each other yet this season.
The winner of today’s game stays in the winners bracket and advances to the CWS Semifinal at 6 p.m. Wednesday, while the loser would play an elimination game at 6 p.m. on Tuesday against the winner of Monday’s Florida/NC State game.
