Over 45 firefighters responded to an apartment fire located at 6749 Larmanda Street, officials said.
DALLAS — Fire crews responded to a large apartment fire overnight in northeast Dallas, officials said.
Firefighters responded to a structure fire around 12:42 a.m. Monday at an apartment complex located at 6749 Larmanda Street in northeast Dallas, Dallas Fire Rescue said in a press release.
When firefighters arrived they found flames coming from a first-floor unit of a two-story apartment building, the release states. No one was injured in the fire, officials said.
The fire was in advanced stages and officials on the scene requested a second alarm response around 12:57 a.m., officials said. About 50 firefighters attacked the fire using aerial ladders, the release states.
The fire was declared out by 4:43 a.m., officials said. It’s unclear how many residents, if any, were displaced by the fire. The cause of the fire is currently undetermined.
